Our experience at Beau Townsend was amazing, and I know the next time we are looking for a vehicle (or hear of anyone else looking) we will be there again!! I brought our car in to get repaired as the service light had come on and the speedometer was broken, and while there I had mentioned that we were thinking of trading that car in. Without being pushy, Anthony showed me around and let me test drive a couple that he thought I would like. The next day, I brought my husband in and we test drove a few more that fit our price/needs, and ended up trading our car in that day and got a GREAT deal on both our old car, and our new Escape! Anthony was VERY helpful in meeting our needs and explaining everything to us along the way (as we had never traded in a car before). He was never pushy or made us feel like we HAD to buy that day, and he even encouraged us to shop around and compare! We feel very confident in our decision, and know that if we have any questions, we will feel comfortable calling them back and getting straight anwers.
